TekniClean Polyester Knit Cleanroom Wipe with Ultrasonic Sealed Border
The ultimate wiper for critical surfaces!
- 100% High Strength Polyester fiber (continuous filament, double knit, 140 g/m2) resulting in ultra low particle and fiber generation.
- Soft texture will not scratch sensitive surfaces. Border sealed edges virtually eliminate fiber release.
- Ultrasonic Border Sealed. Using pressure & heat, a 5mm Ultrasonic Border Seal is created around the border of the wipe for optimum fiber and particle retention.
- Ideal for wiping critical surfaces to achieve ultra-cleanliness. Works well with IPA and other cleaning solvents.
- Compatible with ISO Class 3-5 (Class 1-100) environments. Solvent safe double bag cleanroom packaging. Free of Silicon, Amides, and DOP contamination.
- Produced in ISO 9001 environment. Statistical Process Control (13 measurement points) is utilized throughout each production step (fabric knitting, pre-wash, process, converting, washing, testing and packaging) to insure wipe quality.
- Choose from 9" x 9" or 12" x 12" border sealed wipes.
- Packaged 100 wipes per bag. 10 bags per case = 1000 Polyester Knit Cleanroom wipes.
